Electric Tractor Platform
A full-scale heavy agricultural tractor designed from the ground up as a pure electric platform.
We’re not in the toy tractor business.
This is not a compact demonstrator or a marketing prototype. E-Tractor is a full-scale heavy agricultural tractor built on pure EV technology. Every system choice starts from real agricultural duty cycles, real loads, and real expectations of availability and durability.
Battery swapping is for swingers.
We have been in the dirt and mud long enough to know that what looks elegant on slides rarely survives the field. Battery swapping adds handling, logistics, interfaces, and failure modes to machines that already operate in harsh environments. In practice, it is neither convenient nor broadly doable at heavy tractor scale. We focus on integrated energy systems that work where the tractor actually works.
No matter how fun it is, you’re not running 24/7.
A typical agricultural tractor spends the majority of its life standing still — often up to 7,000 hours per year in the shed. That idle time is an opportunity. E-Tractor is designed with grid connectivity in mind, enabling the machine to generate value while parked through energy services, load balancing, virtual power plant participation, or on-farm backup power. Utilization should not end when the machine stops.
Work. Don’t play.
The objective is not novelty, it is completed work. Our AI agent connects to FMIS data, weather forecasts, and solar availability to support operational decisions that maximize machine availability when it matters. Guidance is focused on getting the work done within constraints — not on entertainment, dashboards, or unnecessary complexity.
Indicative platform architecture
E-Tractor is defined at platform level, not as a fixed configuration. The architecture is designed to support the following capability class:
- Energy system: Frame-integrated battery in the ~500 kWh class
- Electrical architecture: 800 VDC system enabling high power density and efficient operation
- Charging: Integrated high-power AC charging up to ~150 kW, no separate DC charger required
- Grid interaction: Vehicle-to-grid and backup power capability, supporting VPP participation and on-farm resilience
- Traction power: ~150 kW continuous tractive power class
- PTO power: ~150 kW continuous PTO power, available simultaneously with traction
Exact specifications depend on duty cycle, application, and customer requirements. The intent is to illustrate the performance and integration class the platform is designed to support.

We validate E-Tractor against real machines and real operations. As a pilot partner, you help shape the platform while getting a clear, data-backed assessment of how E-Tractor fits your specific operation.
How it works
- Plug-in device: We provide a plug-in data collection device that connects to the tractor’s standard CAN diagnostics connector.
- What is recorded: Operating loads, power demand, energy usage, thermal behavior, and utilization over time.
- Data handling: NDA-first. Data ownership, scope, and anonymization are agreed up front.
- Analysis: We analyze the data to assess feasibility of E-Tractor for your specific duty cycle and environment.
- Outcome: You receive a clear assessment of fit, constraints, and expected performance. The data also feeds directly into further development of the E-Tractor platform.
